Christina Kwon

Christina joined the Aces coaching staff in the fall of 2013 after spending two seasons at the Colorado Athletic Club, with their advanced age group and senior programs. Originally from Virginia, Christina moved to Colorado in 2011. She coached for six years at the Nation's Capital Swim Club in Alexandria, VA, including three years as a head site coach. She also spent four years as the Head Coach, and two years as an Assistant Coach, for the Boys and Girls Swim Teams at Falls Church High School. Additionally, Christina spent four years as the Head Coach at Mount Vernon Country Club, and has had other summer league and stroke developmental coaching experiences dating back to 1998.

Christina has coached swimmers of all abilities from developmental to state champions. She emphasizes perfect technique and versatility. Her goal is to have her swimmers become the best possible versions of themselves - in the pool and out!

Currently, Christina is also the Head Coach for the Highlands Ranch High School Boys Swim Team (since 2013), and for the Castle Pines Storm Swim Team (since 2012). When not on the pool deck, Christina works at Rock Canyon High School as the Post Grad and Counseling Secretary. She also volunteers as an alumni interviewer for the University of Chicago (AB History, 2004). Christina lives in Parker with her husband, and enjoys spending her non-swimming time with her family.
